Rockoon Schaller (Kawai) RF-37 - Tomato Red - Super Strat SSH
Rockoon RF-37 - Tomato Red - 80s Japan with SSH with coil tap bridge humbucker.
Rockoon is the high performance guitar created by the skilled and uncompromising craftsmanship of Kawai". Essentially these are the high end range from Kawai that were made in Japan in the 80's and 90's.
Soft maple body with a hard maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale), it weighs 3.75kg's. Full blackout aesthetic with AS-6V and AH-6 pickups (with a coil tap on the humbucker) give it a super modern sound
[SSH pickup - Stratocaster Style]
This KAWAI produced Rockoon superstrat, was manufactured in the late 80's.
Made in Japan, with a very solid and good tone.
It was made in the heyday of the best years of Japan Vintage builds.
The solid construction of these Rockoon strats is well known and sought after.
Soft maple is used for the body material, hard maple is used for the neck, and rosewood is used for the fingerboard material.
The peg is equipped with a GPTOH black color peg.
Black color is used for each hardware, Which looks great with a tomato red body.
[SSH pickup]
The pickup set is SSH.
The pickups produce a sound that can handle from thick lead sound to tight cutting sound.
The rear pickup humbucker is equipped with a coil tap switch, which also produces a sharp and bright sound.
[Status]
The condition is that the neck is straight.
There are small scratches due to use and dullness of metal parts due to aging.
There is no problem with operation and sound.
The remaining rod was loosened a little for adjustment, but there is plenty of room in both the tightening and loosening directions.
The neck is adjusted to be almost flat, geared for low action
The string height is about 1.65mm for the 1st string on the 12th fret and about 1.75mm for the 6th string.

What is my protection as a buyer?
All purchases on the site are backed by our 7 Day Buyer Protection. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, you just need to contact us within 7 days of delivery with documentation of the issues. We need you to contact us first, as the majority of issues are resolved between discussing with our team.
Anything outside of that 7-day window, or a situation that is not damaged/not as described, does not apply to the policy.
As far as manufacturer warranties, that would be dependent on the item itself, and what each item and manufacturers offers with each specific listing.
What are the steps of getting a refund/return started?

Request a refund on the order.
Allow us 24-48 hours to respond to any request. Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse (unless a partial refund or other arrangements were discussed). Once the item is back in our warehouse's possession, your refund should be initiated in 48 hours.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If the item you purchased arrived damaged by shipping, and you reported the issues to us within 7 days of delivery, we would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
On a preference-based return, typically the buyer would be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier. SHIPPING
All items are carefully packed and shipped via the following shipping providers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS Items are shipped with insurance, and signature required. Items are typically shipped within one day of order, if not sooner. Tracking ID will be provided to you once released to carrier.
All used items include all parts, components, manuals (hard copy or downloadable). It has been tested to manufacturer's specifications and is guaranteed to work perfectly, but will show signs of use. It may be less attractive than new inventory, but it's priced even lower! This inventory is a great value.
